Who are we looking for?

To do well in this role, you must be a highly motivated and results-oriented individual. A financial background is not a must, but it is a nice-to-have. More importantly, you must have a genuine interest in the financial services sector, and a strong initiative to constantly learn and apply what you have acquired to your work.

You must have superior academic performance and first class analytical skills. But it’s just as important that you have the confidence and credibility to build relationships with clients, and possess excellent communication skills. Not to mention that we expect you to work well both independently and effectively in a team, while exhibiting the highest commitment to integrity and ethical decision making.

We are seeking entrepreneurs who could think creatively to identify new business opportunities, and execute innovative ideas successfully. Ideally, you also need to exhibit flexibility, adaptability, and resilience to work in a challenging environment.

In order to be considered for the GA Program of Citibank Korea Inc., you also need to have a Masters or Bachelors Degree from a reputable university and have no more than two years of work experience. Fluency in English and Korean is necessary. In addition, you need to be presently authorized to work on a full-time basis in accordance with the immigration laws of the Republic of Korea.
