Citi
The Global Engagement Management Associate

the opportunity for two “in-country” rotations. These

rotation will be in a priority country with your second rotation in
the country where you will be permanently placed. Placements are
determined by the Associate’s profile and the Business
need.
Initial Training
The program begins with a
training program in NYC; curriculum to include Institutional
Clients Group (IBD, Capital Markets, Sales and Trading, and Global
Transaction Services), Corporate (Operations & Technology,
Finance, and Risk), and Global Consumer, Cards, and Retail
businesses.
What You’ll Learn
The Program will provide
students with cross-business and cross-geography rotational
assignments, along with special training and mentorship, to create
the next generation of global-minded managers and bankers.
Candidates must demonstrate leadership potential and be willing to
work in both developed and emerging markets countries throughout
their careers at Citi.
Who We’re Looking For
We seek exceptional
graduates who want to live, work and find success in economies
outside the United States. You will not be a typical MBA or
finance/banking graduate. We seek individuals who do not want to
just make a career but to make a difference as a business leader.
You will be flexible, resourceful and adaptable, able to fit into
many different cultures sensitively.
Candidates will have a genuine commitment to building a career in
financial services management with an emphasis on expanding
high-growth economies, significant work/study experience in a
country and/or region other than one's home country and have
fluency in two languages, including English. You should have
evidence of a deep intellectual curiosity about cultures and
societies other than your own, with strong evidence of leadership
capabilities and interpersonal skills along with a demonstrated
track record of distinguished superior academic achievements and
analytical capabilities.
