Sales & Trading is a varied and exciting
place to work. The analysts that join the program will need to
adapt quickly to keep up and thrive within the fast-paced and often
intense environment. The variety of roles on the trading floor
means that there is no ‘one type fits all’, it is therefore
integral that we recruit analysts from all backgrounds. Strong
academic performance is essential, along with a high-level of
motivation, ambition and genuine passion for the markets.
