Human Resources Analyst
Being a Human Resource Analyst at Citi
The
Human Resources Analyst Program is designed to provide Analysts
with the opportunity to spend one year in two different Specialist
roles. Placements are determined by the Analyst’s development
profile and the Business need.
Initial Training
All Human Resource Analysts
participate in a one week comprehensive training program. The
comprehensive training program is taught by skilled internal HR
professionals along with selected professionals with industry and
product expertise. The program is designed to cover the fundamental
aspects of the Human Resources. In addition to the week-long
training program, Analysts will be included in ongoing development
and networking sessions, including monthly HR Senior Speaker Series
and recommended trainings leveraging Citi's HR Professional
Development Framework.
What You’ll Learn
The mission of the Program
is to provide Analysts with a unique introduction to Human
Resources by introducing them to the various HR functions and Citi
Businesses. Through our global network of Analysts, Management
Associates and Alumni, Analysts will have support, advice and
guidance to be successful in the Program. We’ll prove our
commitment to your constant personal development at every level.
You’ll be assigned a mentor and ongoing self-driven development is
encouraged.

Human Resources Summer Analyst
The Summer
Internship Program is a 10 week program and begins with a 1-2 day
training program, providing Summer Analysts with a technology
training session, an overview of Citi and our Human Resources
Organization.
After Orientation
After the orientation, you
will work with your pre-assigned team within one of the Human
Resources businesses; Health and Benefits, Employee Relations,
Learning and Development, Talent & Performance Management,
Diversity Management, Staffing & Recruitment, HR Systems &
Technology. The type of position and deliverable vary for
each Summer Analyst according to placement and business need. Top
performing Summer Analysts will be considered for the full time
Human Resource Analyst Program. The Summer Program will provide
Analysts with Mentors, networking opportunities, and Senior Speaker
Events where Citi’s senior management will host discussions and
answer questions.
