Working in a regional coverage team, we
have significant interaction with our colleagues across all product
groups (M&A, Equity and Debt capital markets) and other
geographies (US, Europe).

you do day to day, and how do they affect you? (e.g., economic
news, world markets, company data, etc.)?
Macro (e.g.
economic news, world markets), company specific events (company
news, announcements), and regional market specific events (e.g.
change in regulatory environments) all have a significant impact on
our day-to-day activities.
What skills have you found to be the most useful in your
position?
Analytical and interpersonal skills. The
nature of the job tends to require a significant amount of analysis
and interaction to communicate that analysis and advice to other
parties.
